Wychwood Festival
Since it began in 2005, this family friendly festival has quickly established itself as an intimate event evoking early Glastonbury and Womad, where the line-up incorporates world music, dance, folk, roots and indie acts. Now in its fifth year, Wychwood has also been nominated for several awards, including best family festival.
Described as 'an excellent hybrid of The Big Chill, WOMAD and The Cambridge Folk Festival' and 'a bijou Glastonbury' the festival has already made it into the Sunday Times Top 7 Festivals and is helping to give the nostalgia-soaked festival experience a revival with its healing tents, village stalls and idyllic surroundings.
Please note - 2 Children aged 9 or under are permitted free with each paying adult. Please indicate if you are bringing children as they will be issued with a ticket in 2010. If you have more than two children per adult attending, please purchase the Additional Under 10s ticket.
