I've lost my tickets, what do I do?
We do not replace lost tickets as a general rule. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances please get in touch and we will endeavour to help.
Absolutely secure. Please read the following explanation from our credit card processing partner, Pay Point.
We have invested in the very latest advances in security, offline as well as online. With intrusion detection and prevention systems, industry-leading DDOS (distributed denial of service) mitigation and leading edge CISCO firewalls – all allied to enterprise levels of monitoring – PayPoint.net treats the security of its systems and its data as a fundamental responsibility, not an inconvenience.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
Once you have completed your transaction you will be sent a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please make sure you enter your email address carefully to avoid any confusion.
Your email confirmation will show details of your order including: show, date, venue, number of tickets and a booking reference number. It will also include details of how to contact us in the event of a query or problem with your order so please do not delete it.
Many email account providers offer a filter service to protect you from unwanted junk mail or ‘spam’. It is possible that your email confirmation from us has been mistakenly filtered by this service; so if you do not receive email confirmation from us within 48 hours, please check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us.
Can I order tickets on the phone?
No problem, just call 01926 498699 and speak to one of the Big Wheel team. (Phone lines open Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm)
I have been sent the wrong tickets or the wrong number of tickets, what do I do?
Contact us immediately on 01926 498699 or info@bigwheeltickets.com and, after saying sorry, we will solve your problem as quickly as we can. Please make sure that this is done prior to the show as we can not solve problems retrospectively.
I want to book for something this week. Will you post my tickets?
We have a six day policy whereby if you order your tickets six days or less prior to a show then we will have them waiting at the venue for you to pick up. Please make sure you take your booking reference number and the credit card you booked with as identification.
I live outside the UK. Will you post my tickets?
For any bookings made from overseas we will leave your tickets for collection at the venue rather than post them.
How do I collect my tickets at the venue?
If your tickets are to be collected at the venue please take the card that you booked them with and the booking reference number. Remember to leave at least 15 minutes ahead of the performance time in case there is a queue.
Can someone else pick them up for me?
Sorry, a third party can not pick up your tickets; this is to protect you and Big Wheel Tickets from potential credit card fraud.
What payment cards do you accept?
We are able to accept the following cards:
MasterCard
Visa Credit, Debit & Delta
Maestro
JCB
What are your terms and conditions? Can I see them?
Of course, just click HERE and it will take you to our terms & conditions.
Why do you charge a booking fee?
We charge a little bit on top of the face value of the ticket to cover the costs of running Big Wheel Tickets, this includes order fulfilment, labour costs, credit card commissions and all the other costs associated with running our business. We feel we offer really good value from purchase to delivery.
